In Aboriginal Whaledreaming, the fire is the heart, we are the water, our breath is our spirt as well as our guide into source. Originating in the Cave of Creation deep in the desert lands of the Nullabor this process has only recently started to be shared in the West.
Over the weekend we will dive into the Whaledreaming and Ceremony. Sitting in circle by the fire, exploring conscious connected breathwork, movement and chanting in the mongolian yurt.
